01 Standard Policy

At Newline Computers, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that **we do not offer cash refunds for items sold**. We provide replacements or store credit only for items under warranty that meet the necessary conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or electrical surges.
  • Software, digital products, or consumables (e.g., thermal paste).
  • Custom-built PCs or components that have been modified.
  • Items with damaged or removed warranty seals.

02 Replacement Process

1. **Contact Us**: Reach out to 077 111 0207 within the warranty period.

2. **Verification**: Bring the faulty item with the original bill to our storefront in Minuwangoda.

3. **Testing**: Our technicians will inspect the device. This may take 3-14 days depending on the item.

4. **Resolution**: If a defect is found, we will replace the item or provide store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

03 Used & Refurbished Items

Used items are sold as-is but come with a specified limited testing warranty. Please ensure you are happy with the condition of used electronics at the time of purchase as returns are not accepted after the testing period.
